♥ Badminton

Sry.. I long time nvr Post le..
Too Busy Always Badminton &
HomeWork so no time on com..



Today,i am going to tell u about my badminton..
My training was 6pm ~ 8pm..
I reach there about 5+.. and strted with my PT ..
Run 10 rounds but i dun run i walk .. hahas..
then the whole Senior BADMINTON Gals need to RUN and
SKIP.. Skipping 200 front and 200 backwards... while me and the team
was skipping Couch Sam and MeiNu came in.. The Worst Thing Happen !!
Couch Russell ( <-- I think like tat spell ) Came In !! I was SHOCK man..
Lucky Mavis & Shu Ying train by him.. then me & Dian trained by Couch Sam.. I was lucky until when we Chnge.. Tat Russel Gay call Me & Dian come..
He named me no.2 and Dian no.1.. SO STUPID MAN ! He pointed no.1 & 2.. we ran he keep scold Dian sia... i feeling like killing him lehx ! He has no Rite to scold her.. NVM... I tired of typing liao le .. I btr go catch some ZZZZZZZ.... NiteNite..
